For App Store builds, use the support contact configured in App Store Connect and include your device model, iOS version, build number, and what happened before the issue.
Useful Details
If gameplay feels unfair, include whether you were punching, blocking, parrying, dashing, or switching an AirPods/audio route.
If purchases or cosmetics look wrong, include the gem pack, outfit, KO effect, and whether Sign in with Apple account recovery was used.
